On August 15, as part of the INSIGHT project, a special event took place in a cozy yoga studio — a practice called “Elements of Movement” for representatives of Probation Ukraine.
The participants immersed themselves in gentle physical and emotional work to feel the power of the four elements:
Air — we listened to our breathing and learned to let go of the excess.
Earth — simple yoga exercises helped me feel grounded and calm in my own body.
Water — meditated to the sound of a waterphone, listening to their inner voice.
Fire — through movement and rhythm, they awakened energy and intention.
At the end of the event, everyone gathered in a warm circle for tea and reflection, where they shared their thoughts and feelings after the practice. They discussed separately the impact of meditation and the possibility of implementing a similar experience among probation clients.
The practice became a space for emotional release and restoration of inner resources. Participants noted that they felt more peace, warmth, and harmony, and realized how important such practices are for maintaining inner balance in difficult times and developing awareness.
The INSIGHT project is being implemented Young Agents of Change (Ukraine) in cooperation with AY Institute and Prirašytos rankos (Lithuania), Scambieuropei (Italy), Brodoto (Croatia) and is funded by the European Union.
