This Guidebook is aimed to help youth organisations to prepare a successful project application and implement an international youth exchange or training course within the EU Erasmus+ programme.

The Handbook of Best Practices in Youth Participation was drawn up by young leaders to share their own successful experience in implementing social initiatives within the project Empowering Young Changemakers.

The Youth for Human Rights Stickers were created by activists of the NGO “Young Agents of Change” to promote an active lifestyle, dignity, tolerance and mutual respect among young people.
