The purpose of the projects is to develop soft skills and leadership competencies of young people, promote intercultural dialogue and support the professional development of young workers.
Target audience: young people aged 13-30, youth workers, educators and coordinators of youth projects.
Partners: non-governmental youth organizations from all over Europe, including such counties as UK, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, Turkey, Georgia, Moldova, Armenia and others.
ACTIVITIES WITHIN PROJECT
- Erasmus+ youth exchanges as a platform for young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on joint projects. During the exchange, they take part in activities such as workshops, various exercises, debates, role-playing games, outdoor activities and more. Youth exchanges last from 5 to 21 days, they can be attended by young people from 13 to 30 years old (group leaders must be over 18 years old);
- Erasmus+ mobility projects for youth workers to support their professional development through trainings and exchange of experience abroad. Projects can consist of trainings, study trips, internships, etc. Projects can last from two days to two months, participants over 18 years old can take part;
- forums, youth exchanges, seminars for young people in various projects and exchange programs.
Open competitions for participants of international projects will be announced as soon as the quarantine restrictions are lifted, so please follow the updates on our social networks pages.
Over the past two years, 118 young Ukrainian leaders have participated in 16 international projects in ten European countries, during which they worked on social and educational initiatives with their peers from other countries. Among the project topics were human rights, diversity management, inclusion, (social) entrepreneurship, youth work, mental health, volunteering, project management and others.
