On May 8, 2025, the clinicians of the Legal Clinic of the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine held a new meeting as part of the INSIGHT project. This time the topic was practical, important, and very close to the participants:
“Job search after dismissal: from dream to reality”.
We explored together in a dialog format:
possible ways of employment after release from places of detention;
the main legal and psychological barriers that may arise along the way;
how to recognize your strengths and build a personal employment strategy.
The conversation was held in an open and supportive format, which allowed the teenagers not only to gain knowledge but also to discuss their fears, ambitions, and visions for the future. This proves that everyone has the right to a second chance – especially when they have knowledge, support, and an action plan. 
The INSIGHT project is being implemented by Young Agents of Change (Ukraine) in cooperation with AY Institute and Prirašytos rankos(Lithuania), Scambieuropei (Italy) та Brodoto (Croatia) and is funded by the European Union.
