PACT: Resilience Workshop

🌿How can you work in the public sector, stay constantly on the go—and avoid burning out?

On August 19 in Rivne, participants discussed deadlines, different roles, fatigue, personal resources, and finding balance during the Resilience Workshop titled “How to Create Meaning Without Burning Out: Diversifying Roles in the Public Sector.”

Instead of a lecture about the need to “just get more rest,” we talked about the reality of the workday: deadlines, multitasking, juggling different roles, and taking responsibility for others—and about how to find your own footing amid it all.

Під час воркшопу учасники та учасниці:

🔹 defined their “internal climate” and shared their own sources of resources;

🔹 learned about the PACT project’s experience and practical tools;

🔹 identified the main “energy drainers” in their work;

🔹 practiced reframing fatigue—learning to view what drains us in a different light and to better understand our own needs;

🔹 They discussed the diversification of roles and what helps maintain stability in the public sector.

💡 Because resilience isn’t always about doing less. It’s about being able to recognize how you’re feeling, switch between roles, find different sources of support, and have people you can count on by your side.

Thank you all for your openness and willingness to share your experiences 💙
