Path of Nature is not just a youth exchange. It is a week of rebooting: more nature, less stress, and sincere heart-to-heart conversations. Imagine a week in Belgium: a picturesque garden, green spaces all around, and a group of young people from different corners of the world.
The program was packed with activities for body and soul: hiking in the forest 🌲, 25 km on bicycles (a three-seater bike is really awesome 😅), creative tasks, and new acquaintances ❤️.
Participants learned to be more mindful, tested mental health practices, created digital journals, and simply captured moments.
Participants’ impressions
“This week gave me not only knowledge, but also a sense of calm. The most valuable thing for me is time spent in nature and the opportunity to be ‘here and now’. It had a huge impact on my well-being.” – Victoria
“The best way to end the summer is to spend a week in a picturesque garden in Belgium with over 20 young people from Europe and around the world. It was wonderful to remember what it’s like to be creative, imaginative, and carefree. Opportunities like this broaden your mind and improve your spoken English.” – Ksenia
“Path of Nature gave us moments of unity, joy, and deep reflection. We gained new skills, awareness, and friends who made this trip unforgettable.” – Alisa
“I liked the project because it offered a lot of creative tasks to calm down, as well as time spent in nature, which contributed to mental recovery. Hiking, 25 km on bicycles, a three-seater bicycle, and all this with wonderful people. You could feel that they cared about you and tried to do everything to make you comfortable.” – Yaroslava
Path of Nature is a week that changes your mood, boosts your energy, and brings new acquaintances, leaving warm memories that will last a long time.
