, the Ukrainian team explored the nature of conflicts, learned about peaceful dispute resolution, and delved into the concept of nonviolent communication.
What did we discuss?
Fundamentals of human rights and mechanisms for their protection;
How to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts?
Developing initiatives to strengthen peace;
Causes, types of conflicts and strategies for overcoming them.
Networking, new acquaintances, and cultural exchange are an important part of any training! We discussed, shared experiences, and built international connections that inspire future projects.
This week has become a source of new knowledge, ideas, and motivation to change the world for the better!
