From February 18 to 27, representatives of our organization participated in an international training course in Azerbaijan, where they joined youth workers from eight countries (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Italy, Moldova, Sakartvelo, and Ukraine) to enhance youth preparedness for emergencies.
🚨 What did we discuss and do?
✅ Analyzed global challenges related to natural disasters.
✅ Developed response strategies for crisis situations and effective assistance methods.
✅ Engaged in simulation exercises, practicing responses to earthquakes, floods, and other emergencies.
✅ Explored the role of youth workers in strengthening community preparedness for potential risks and crises.
🌍 Beyond training, cultural exchange played a key role. Participants shared experiences, learned about traditions from different countries, and expanded their international networks. The Ukrainian team vividly showcased our culture during the intercultural evening, presenting traditions, dances, and national customs 🇺🇦.
