Training “Youth Work Wonders: Quality Quest for Better Practices”

Recently, the “Youth Work Wonders: Quality Quest for Better Practices” training took place in Tbilisi, Georgia. From August 9 to 18, the participants were actively engaged in networking, received feedback, participated in discussions and fruitfully collaborated on the development of new projects for submission to grants from Erasmus+.

The topics of the projects were diverse and adapted to the main activities of the organizations. One of the representatives of Young Agents of Change, Rada Myroshnychenko, joined the creation of an initiative aimed at the integration of refugees and IDPs into new communities through art, and another participant, Bohdana Bila, participated in the development of a long-term project focused on the development of social entrepreneurship with the help of social theater.

Each day of the training was devoted to the discussion of a certain topic, which covered the specifics of each section of the application and its requirements. Starting from the basic requirements for the application and the format of its filling, and ending with the allocation and planning of the budget. Thanks to the support of mentors who were ready to help at every stage, participants could quickly respond to comments and improve their projects.

Work on projects continues even after the completion of the training, with the aim of providing new opportunities to even more ambitious young people both in their country and abroad.
