On July 13–17, the Agents of Change team took part in the final international meeting of the PACT project, which took place in Tbilisi, Sakartvelo.
The meeting’s program combined training, creative activities, and practical work on the project’s final outcomes.
Over the course of five days, the participants:
- explored ethical dilemmas in youth work and the role of theater techniques in creating a safe space;
- worked on topics such as cultural competence, assertive communication, and stress management;
- discussed self-care and the psychological well-being of those who support others;
- created podcasts on psychological first aid, mental health, art therapy, and overcoming stigma;
- reflected on their own experiences and everything they’ve managed to create over nearly two years of collaboration through creative exercises.
Although this meeting marked the final international in-person activity of PACT, the project itself continues. Very soon, we will share podcasts, videos, and other practical resources to help youth workers, psychologists, educators, and anyone working with young people apply Psychological First Aid tools in their work.
The PACT project is implemented by Young Agents of Change in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, Action Synergy, Trakų rajono veiklaus jaunimo asociacija, the University of Seville, the Georgian Youth Development Association (GYDA), MilleniuM Training and Development Institute, and the Youth Development Center of Armenia, and is funded by the EU.
