Recently, the youth workers returned from the picturesque location of F’estival (Moldova), where the international training \u201cStronger Together\u201d took place within the SYWOR project (“Stronger Together: Strengthening Youth Workers and Organizations for Displaced Youth Integration and Resilience). <\/p>\n\n

For seven intense days, participants from different countries shared experiences, learned, reflected and explored new approaches to working with young people, including IDPs and those with fewer opportunities.<\/p>\n\n

\"🔎\" The main topics of the training:<\/p>\n\n

– how to organize events for young people from vulnerable groups;<\/p>\n\n

– tools for integrating IDP youth into new communities;<\/p>\n\n

– methods of emotional support and creating a safe space;<\/p>\n\n

– resources to increase engagement and active participation;<\/p>\n\n

– the role of youth work in strengthening social cohesion.<\/p>\n\n

\"🛠\" Training methods included:<\/p>\n\n

– interactive sessions and modeling of real-life situations;<\/p>\n\n

– intercultural work in teams;<\/p>\n\n

– discussion of ethical dilemmas in youth work;<\/p>\n\n

– creation of author’s workshops;<\/p>\n\n

– field visits to the Center for Support of Children and Families in Chisinau and to the office of the MilleniuM Training and Development Institute – an inspiring experience!<\/p>\n\n

\"💬\" The youth workers not only expanded their knowledge, but also formed a strong professional community where solidarity, understanding, and support are not just words, but concrete actions.<\/p>\n\n

The SYWOR project is being implemented by Young Agents of Change<\/a> \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6 together with partners GYDA<\/a> \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddea, EIG<\/a> \ud83c\uddf9\ud83c\uddf7, MilleniuM<\/a> \ud83c\uddf2\ud83c\udde9, EDS-FNS <\/a>\ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf1 and is funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n\n
