How does it feel to be in a new country where you are not understood, where your culture is something distant and unknown? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participants of the Ukrainian team, together with young people from <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F1F7;&#x1F1F4;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t44\/2\/16\/1f1f7_1f1f4.png\"\/>Romania, <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F1F5;&#x1F1F1;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t3f\/2\/16\/1f1f5_1f1f1.png\"\/> Poland, and <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F1F1;&#x1F1F9;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t43\/2\/16\/1f1f1_1f1f9.png\"\/> Lithuania, tried to find answers to these questions during an international youth exchange in Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F4A1;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tdb\/2\/16\/1f4a1.png\"\/> 6 days of unforgettable experience:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F539;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t92\/2\/16\/1f539.png\"\/> Participants went through simulation exercises that allowed them to literally &#8220;try on&#8221; the lives of migrants and experience the challenges they face every day.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F539;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t92\/2\/16\/1f539.png\"\/> We learned not just to speak, but to truly hear each other, overcoming language barriers and cultural differences.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F539;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t92\/2\/16\/1f539.png\"\/> We explored leadership as a tool for change: how to lead, support communities, and create an environment where everyone feels accepted.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F539;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t92\/2\/16\/1f539.png\"\/> We mastered &#8220;Lotus Blossom&#8221; \u2013 a technique that helps find solutions to complex social challenges.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This experience will stay with the exchange participants forever, inspiring further changes and new projects.
